Forewarning: This review is based on an overnight backyard use in a light rain, it has not been 'field tested' yet. Also, Coleman marketed this tent to Costco and is no longer making it. It appears to be the only WeatherMaster Screened tent that has an attached floor in the screened area. Seen a YouTube video on this tent and thought it would be perfect for taking my Golden Retriever along and this was the only place I could find it. Setup isn't too difficult but will take a little time. Best if you have two people. It has lots of headroom and the hinged door is an awesome feature! No more zipping & unzipping if your going in & out of the tent. However, you can still zip it closed when needed. You can also enter through the side screened area. It also features 'self rolling windows' so you don't have to hand roll the windows & tie them up. It also allows you to partially open them if you want. This tent is huge, and well constructed, May 20, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Coleman WeatherMaster 10 Person 3 Room Tent with Screen Room (Misc.) We spent about 30-40 minutes putting up the tent. We took our time reading the instructions, and assembled everything including the rain fly (in our back yard mind you). This tent is huge, and very well built with some really neat features. It will easily house my wife and my myself, as well as our 2 kids and dog.When it's just the two of us it will be larger than some apartments I've seen. The construction seems great, and very durable. The convertible bedroom / screened in porch area is very nice, the self rolling windows are genius, and the rigid D shaped door is great. I'm excited to field test it, but I think it will work perfectly for our 2-6 day camping trips. Opening the windows let in a nice breeze. I did apply a spray on waterproofing, as recommended by other owners of this tent Oh, and remember the red dotted items (poles, and arches) are for the 2 center supports. The next test will be to take it down and try to get it back in it's carry case.

First time putting up this tent (a practice run), a seam came apart near one of the poles. I could fix it, but it would void the warranty. The seam came apart about 2 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide. Contacted Coleman and they are sending us another tent, unfortunately they do not have the same tent in stock.
